Traumatic Brain Injury, Vertigo, Vision Loss, Fractured Hip, Fractured Left Leg, Chronic Pain – Car Accident Related Injuries – Food Server, 20 years old

Our client was a passenger in a car that was struck in a head on collision by another car resulting in significant property damage. The driver of the vehicle that struck our client's car was under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the collision, our client suffered a severe traumatic brain injury and was in a coma for 3 weeks. Our client also suffered from a fractured hip, fractured leg and chronic pain symptoms. We filed an original claim on behalf of our client and it was approved shortly after we submitted all of his medical records and a function report to Disability Determination Services.
