Abdominal Impalement Injury, Chronic Pain, Insomnia, PTSD, Anxiety – Work Related Injury- Mechanic, 47 years old

Our client suffered a severe and traumatic impalement injury to his abdomen while repairing an engine at work and could no longer work due to his functional limitations. We filed an original claim on his behalf and gathered and submitted all of his medical records and confirmed the records were received by the Disability Determination Services. The claim was approved shortly after all of the medical records were submitted. Our office also handled the coordination of workers’ compensation benefits and Social Security Disability benefits with the client’s local Social Security office.
